Until this payment is settled, the package will remain on hold. Please note that SAYA does not add any margin to international shipping charges; they are based solely on courier rates.

The delivery timeline depends on several factors, including payment authorization, order processing, the transit time of our courier partners (e.g. DHL), and finally customs clearance in the customer's destination country.

Package Condition and Acceptance Policy

To ensure the safety and integrity of your order, please carefully inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice that the package is damaged, the flyer is torn, or the seal has been tampered with, do not accept the package. In such cases, kindly refuse the delivery and promptly contact our Customer Service Department to report the issue. We will assist you in resolving the matter and arrange for a replacement or redelivery at the earliest opportunity.

Please note that SAYA is not responsible for any parcels accepted in a damaged or tampered condition. We are unable to process any returns or exchanges for packages that show signs of tampering, damage, or being opened upon delivery.
